It was so cold, last weekend. Some of our friends ran a race in CP, that I was going to go shoot for Examiner, and I totally bailed on it, because it was so cold (I then want back to bed and slept in until after1 pm, hehe). It is still freezing outside (check out the ice flow in the Hudson, above).

I guess that I can’t really complain though. Check out the photo below from Maggie (or Ben), of Georgetown last weekend.

Despite the freezing temperatures, I’m am getting excited for Fashion Week, which begins on Thursday. Plus one of my old HS homies will be in town visiting. We are going to link up for dinner or something.

runninggraphic.jpg During the Olympics last year, New Balance was running this ad quite a bit. I thought it was pretty clever.   I never thought that I would be that guy on the bench. To be honest, I never even thought that I would even become so attached to the sport. I used to think that it was the most boring thing in the world.  But for whatever reason, I have been dreaming about running for like the last 3 nights in a row. I know it sounds nerdy. If you have noticed my little Nike Plus Widget (and hopefully you haven’t), then you will have seen that the last time I went running was in October of last year. Pretty pathetic. In my dreams, I was running outside in awesome weather. So maybe my dreams are just a manifestation of my subconscious missing the warm weather. I can’t believe that is entirely it though. Because this morning, the more that I thought about it, the more that I was almost going stir crazy with the desire to get my Forest Gump, on. I have decided that as soon as the ground clears up enough that I wouldn’t be slipping all over snow and Ice, I’m going to get out and do it. Reag, are you in?
