I had a chance over the weekend to throw together some of the video footage that we shot while on vacay. As I was going through it, I already missed being over there. We had such a great time. I kind of wish that I would have shot a bit more video, just so that we could properly reminisce. Anyway, here is what I came up with.
This morning we went to Girona to visit our friend Stefanie. We were going to rent a car and drive the coast, but opted to just take the rail, since we would have had to turn in the car the same day (we fly out super early in the morning). It is a pretty awesome little town. There is stuff over there that isn’t much younger than the bible.
We had an awesome time and we are super stoked to do it again. We are equally as stoked to get home and hang out with the Pipster.
Europe is 220v, so the above fire hazard is our current power situation. It seems to be working ok, so far. This place is so visually stimulating. One could spend weeks just taking in all of the minutia that a single block or alley has to offer.
We already have 1000 photos like the one below. I’m sure that we will have 1000 more before we head home.

Ladybird hails from Norway. She writes about women’s fashion and travel. First of all, I love Scandinavia. Not just because our house is furnished with mostly Ikea. Hehehe. I have Danish roots on both sides of my family. I didn’t get the blond hair or the smooth legs. So I feel kind of cheated, in those areas. Ok, I don’t mind not having blond hair. I did get the height gene and green eyes though. Anyway, Reagan and I are kind of obsessed with northern Europe/Scandinavia, for various other reasons, as well. So I thought it was pretty cool when Ladybird and I became blog friends. Plus, you don’t have to speak Norwegian (even though you probably wish you could [I do]) to read her blog, because she writes in English and Norske. Below are a couple of photos from her recent travels.
This shot comes from Jef Aerosol’s Flickr (who is also apparently the artist). I cracked up, when I first saw this shot. I love the way that Brando is totally straight faced. I also like it because Reagan and I are such fans of Vespas. I can’t tell if this is painted or wheatpaste. Either way, it is pretty cool.
